On this day I…
Woke up about 10 minutes before my alarm. 05:55.
Waking up before your alarm has a chance to ruin your day feels great. My body deemed awakeness a good thing and made it happen.
I jumped straight into my morning reading and once the daily reads were done I continued with;

Then, a quick trip to the supermarket for this week’s food. Meat, Fish, Rice, Sweet Potatoes. Eggs.
Then the workout. A few adjustments were made to the weight used.
Workout 1 // 10:00
Clean and Press - 20kg
Squat - 30kg
Bench Press - 30-40kg
Barbell Pullover - 20kg
Modified Good Morning - 20-30kg
Barbell Curls - 11-15kg
This took 43 minutes to complete. I should be able to get that time down once I get the garden sorted out and don’t have to mess around with changing the weights and of course shorter rest time.
I have a second workout in a few hours, abs and forearms.
After the first workout, I did an impromptu Wim Hof breath work and a 10-minute meditation.
I feel pretty damn good right now.
The first meal of the day; 13:00.
Ribeye steak
4 Fried eggs
Long grain rice
Cuppa tea
The next meal, a smaller one, will be around 18:00.
Salmon
Rice
And I ate a protein bar while making it.
I look pretty good in a vest.
Right now I’m on track to finish Discipline is Destiny this evening.
